We explored the nearby Ashbourne Golf Club and Killeen Castle Golf Course, and even enjoyed a movie at the local 6-screen theater. The rooms were comfy and clean. The staff were super friendly. Breakfast was solid, and there's plenty of parking available.
One downside was that the entrance to the car park was hard to find at night, especially on a busy weekend. It could be confusing for new guests.

High quality place with welcoming employees at the reception desk. A good choice of lovely food at breakfast time. Great location for enjoying a cinema and bars walk from the hotel. A good choice of food options approx 10-15 minutes' walk from the venue.

The fairly clean bathroom and spotless room. Exceptionally comfortable bed, quick check-in.
Wi-Fi was very poor.

We enjoyed our stay with the family, especially visiting the nearby golf courses and movie theater. The hotel was accommodating for our special needs son's autism support dog. The location was perfect for exploring local shops and parks.
In my wife's opinion, the bathroom definitely needs updates to match the otherwise decent amenities. Installing a fan would also greatly help during warmer nights.

House is a charming traditional village hotel with that feel of old irish country vibes. The twin room was clean and a decent size, perfect for my solo stay. I loved that the pub and restaurant were right downstairs. Plenty of free car parking out back was a bonus!

Consider using the pub downstairs for hearty meals and vibrant local music evenings. It's a convenient way to unwind.

missingWrote a review on 19 Juncentral locationhigh price
The central location was a key highlight, with great access to nearby pubs and entertainment. The room was super clean and surprisingly spacious. Dinner at the bar was good, especially the fresh cheese bread that accompanied the meal. The family room felt cramped for four people, and the bathroom lacked essentials like a bathtub, disappointing given the price point.

Unexpected delights at Ashbourne
The staff were attentive. The pub downstairs had live music that added charm to my evenings.
Unfortunately, the room I received had an overwhelming smell of smoke, hard to fully relax despite the comforts.
